My first stay here last month was amazing, we returned today to a nightmare. The front desk was closed with a number to call if problems and an address to go to a neighbour hotel to check in. The neighbour hotel was not named. I tried to find on google maps and it wouldn’t show. After nearly an hour I returned to hotel and saw map on outer door to second location. I took map and tried to follow, asking people on street for assistance. Each person sent me in a different location. None of the hotels I went into were correct. Finally I added an eSIM and Waze app and it took me to correct location when a staff member chastised me for opening a sliding door that was broken unfortunately note on door was in Spanish which I don’t read. Finally I was checked in. I sent 3 emails and called them more than a dozen times during this time and zero response. When I said that at check in the poor reception person said she was only one on and too busy to answer. Needless to say, we wasted our entire day that was supposed to be for booked tours etc as we needed to park the car at hotel. I cannot say anything positive at all, and challenge the manager to do a better job for guests then leaving front desk empty with no staff. I will not return.
